WHAT AM I MADE OF?

Dimensions : approx. 10cm x 10cm

Cover: 100% cotton (darkgreen)

Design: FlexFoil made of polyurethane (Oeko-Tex Standard 100)

Inner cushion: Strong fabric made of 100% cotton, filled with rape seeds from Germany

FOR WHICH PURPOSES CAN YOU USE ME?

Warmed up, you can use me as a hand warmer so that you don't have cold hands on your way to school, university, work etc.

But I can also help you with headaches and colds. Just place me on your forehead or neck in a way that feels comfortable for you. By warming up, I release valuable essential oils that have a soothing effect and help you to feel better again quickly.

Of course, you can also use me selectively for muscle tension and stomach aches.

Cooled, I can help you with bruises, for example.

HOW LONG DO I STAY WARM / COLD?

I give off heat for up to 30 minutes.
If cooled, you can use me for up to an hour.

HOW DO I GET WARMED / COOLED?

Microwave: up to 1min (600 Watt)
Oven: approx. 15min (100°C)

To cool, place in a freezer bag in the freezer compartment for at least 1 hour

CAN I USE IT ALTERNATELY HOT / COLD?

Yes, this works without problems, but you should make sure that I have reached room temperature before you warm / freeze me.

WHY AM I FILLED WITH RAPESEED?

Rape seeds are very small, so they adapt perfectly to any part of the body. They also store both heat and cold very well and release them slowly and gently. The valuable essential oils that are released when heated are another advantage.

Because I am a holistic natural product, you can also give me to children without hesitation, as I do not contain any toxic or dangerous substances.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FLEECE COVER AND A THIN FABRIC OUTER COVER?

A rape pillow with a fleece cover does not release the heat/cold as intensively as a thin cover. This is an advantage, for example, if you are generally very sensitive to heat/cold or if you already know that you often want to use the rape pillow for headaches or colds. Your forehead and neck, for example, are generally more sensitive to temperatures than your hands.
If you would like to have both options, you can order a cover in addition to the rape pillow, which already comes with a cover. In the Filucry Shop you can also find each cover separately.

THIS IS HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF ME

The outer cover can be washed in the washing machine inside out at 30°C, please do not wash the rape pillow! If it has accidentally got wet, place it immediately so that it can dry well.

If you want to use it for cooling, make sure that the rape pillow is frozen in the freezer bag with as little air as possible (press the air out of the freezer bag before closing it).

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO CONSIDER?

Important!!!
The pillow can help with heat/cold in healing / regeneration, but is no guarantee for a complete recovery. In case of serious and longer lasting complaints please always consult a doctor.

Do not leave the pillow in the microwave or oven for longer than the prescribed time, otherwise it becomes very hot and there is a risk of burns!
