This is how it works:

Select product

Choose one or more product (s) that you would like to give away

Add to cart

Add the selected product to the shopping cart

Go to the shopping cart

Go to the shopping cart and enter your own email address there. Confirm that you have read the information on data protection and the terms and conditions and click on next.

Enter recipient address

For the delivery address, enter the name and address of the person who should receive the parcel.

Choose pay method

Select a payment method and click on until you are on the last overview page.

Write a gift message

Above the "Buy now" button there is a comment field in which you can write a personal message that the person to be gifted should receive.

Enter first name

For every Filucry® product there is a product card with a personal salutation (Dear...).

Enter gift message

The message is handwritten on the back of a Filucry® business card (credit card format). So you should be more concise.

Check & Submit

If everything fits, you can click on "Buy Now" and place your order. As soon as your payment has been received, you don't have to think about anything any more.

How to proceed after you have submitted your order:

I create a personal product card with the recipient's first name and the most important information about the product to match the product ordered.

Gift message

Your gift message will be handwritten on a small card.

Gift wrapping

As with every order, the product is then wrapped in tissue paper.

Finished package

Finally everything is packed in an envelope and sealed with Filucry® adhesive tape.

As soon as it has been sent, you will receive a shipping notification & after a few days, in the best case, a very happy message with a big thank you from the recipient :)

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN ONLY USE 1 DELIVERY ADDRESS PER ORDER. IF YOU WANT TO GIVE A GIFTS TO 2 PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE THE SAME ADDRESS, YOU MUST PLACE 2 SEPARATE ORDERS!
