Custom-made and personalized orders

Unfortunately, custom-made products are currently not possible. However, if you have a specific design or product idea, which you would like to see at Filucry, feel free to contact me. If the idea fits for Filucry and can be implemented, you may soon see it in one of the future collections :)

 

Material and care instructions

The care instructions can be found in the product description of the respective product. If the article is no longer available, you will find all material and care instructions here

 

Gift Wrapping

Each Filucry product is lovingly packaged by default & is thus automatically suitable for giving away. If you want to give away the package completely as a gift, write me a message so that I can insert a congratulation message instead of the receipt.

 

Wholesale orders

If you need a larger quantity of a product, feel free to write me a message and I'll see what I can do. Please keep in mind that Filucry is a small business and that I will need some time for a larger run.

 

When will my order ship?

Normally, all orders received by 12 pm (CET/MEZ) will be sent on the same day or the next day if it is a business day. Exact delivery times can be found in the products. In exceptional cases (vacation, etc.), the processing time of the order can sometimes take several days to weeks. You will find this hint directly at the product.

 

I do not live in Germany, but still would like to order from Filucry. Is that possible?

Are Filucry products vegan?

Yes, all Filucry products are vegan. I only use leatherette and other non-animal materials for my products.
